Dr. Ali Halawi is a certified medical and aesthetic dermatologist with over 6 years of experience in treating skin, hair, and nail disorders (including melasma, acne, psoriasis, and alopecia), injectables (including botox, fillers, mesotherapy, and sclerotherapy), and skin rejuvenation and tightening (including micro-needling, radiofrequency, chemical peels, and lasers) among others.

Dr. Halawi received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the American University of Beirut (Beirut, Lebanon) where he then completed his residency in dermatology as well. As part of his specialty training, he studied under Dr. Suzan Obagi, an authority on dermatology and cosmetic surgery, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (Pittsburgh, PA, USA); Dr. Anthony Benedetto, renowned dermatologic and Mohs surgeon, at the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA, USA); and Dr. Diya Mutasim, acclaimed dermatologist and dermatopathologist, at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (Cincinnati, OH, USA). In addition, he presented his research at the 23rd World Congress of Dermatology in Vancouver, BC, Canada in June 2015.

Through his immersive training in the various fields of dermatology, and continuous participation in and attendance of annual international conferences and webinars, Dr. Halawi endeavors to provide the highest standard of care in his practice.
